Please provide your software serial number (via the Help menu, and About), Windows version, and, if appropriate, Microsoft Office version. A contact telephone number can also be useful.

We provide a 'reasonable usage' email/telephone technical support for free within the first year of purchase. After this, we do reserve the right to charge if the problem is complicated to solve (this has actually never happened). In any case, please do contact us! We wish to help.happiness is good software!
